Refund policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. However, please double check the size chart available on each listing. We are small business and each item is made to order, we therefore want to avoid exchanges as much as possible. 

However, If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at olliesartclub@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds / Returns

When contacting us, please let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.

If the item is damaged, please include a photo of the damaged item and the order number in your email. 

Please note: For returns of non-damaged goods, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A return address will be given to you once your return request has been approved.

Once your return has been received and your refund has been approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
